BSA 1966 A65L

by Garry
(Victoria,Australia.)

Have just recently completed a restoration on a 1966 BSA A65L. While not a concours job I am never the less pretty happy with the end result. The bike has clocked up some serious travel, after manufacture it was shipped to Iowa and owned by a doctor. It was then imported into Victoria, Australia and on sold to a guy in South Australia. I then brought it back to Victoria. It has matching nos.Motor has been stripped, new chrome, great paint finish and plenty of parts replaced.Looking forward to now going on some BSA club runs. Lesson learnt, restoring bikes doesn't come cheap.
Cheers
Garry.
