1939 Triumph Tiger T100, 500 twin with rigid frame & girder forks.
1947 Triumph Tiger T100, 500 twin with rigid frame & telescopic forks.
1948 Triumph 5T Speed Twin, the postwar version of Edward Turner's brainchild.
1951 Triumph T100 Tiger, 500 twin with valanced fenders & nacelle ala Thunderbird.
1951 Triumph 6T Thunderbird, 650 twin with rigid frame.

1952 Triumph 6T Thunderbird. Marlon Brando rode a 1950 T-bird in the cult classic "The Wild One", but his was black, of course.

1954 Triumph T110 Tiger, 650 twin, now with swing arm rear suspension.

1955 Triumph 5T Speed Twin, by now the entry-level Triumph 500.

1956 Triumph 6T 'Blackbird' 650. Starting in 1955, it was possible to order a T-bird in black, just like Marlon Brando's in "The Wild One". Black T-birds were called 'Blackbirds'.
1956 Triumph TR6, the introductory year for the stripped-down 650.
