Just SEND ME YOUR AD along with any pictures, and we'll run it until it sells or for 6 months, whichever comes first. Then, if you want to renew the ad, just ask, it's still free. We just want to keep our ads as current as possible. If you're selling a bike, here's the info you must include:
1.) Your name
2.) Contact info (email & PHONE NUMBER)
3.) Make/Model/Engine Size/Year of the bike
4.) Brief description and/or history (incl color, modifications, etc.)
5.) Condition, Title (clear? salvage?)
6.) Price
7.) City/State/Country where bike is located.
8.) Pictures of bike. Make 'em good.

If you're selling parts or something else, include all the relevant info and pictures. If you're looking for something to buy, same rules apply. Either way, it's here for you to use, free of charge.

Any images that you send us will be considered implied license by you, the image owner, who by sending us your pictures, grant permission to us to use them as we see fit, in your ad, on our website, or in printed material. We just like pictures of bikes!

It's a bummer to even have to bring such things up at a time like this, but unfortunately they are an inevitable part of our lives and our world today. Many an unscrupulous conman have taken pictures of a bike off the web, put together some information and tried to con good people into sending them money for it. Please don't be fooled! And while we here at (CBM) do what we can to weed out the bad ones here, you can't count on that, because liars and thieves are good at what they do. We at CBM do not endorse any of the ads on this site, nor do we vouch for anyone unless we specifically say otherwise. Demand more photos, ask for time- and date-coded pics, ask for title docs, get them to video it starting up and running, arrange for a local guy to go by and see the bike. Scammers rarely give a phone number, so ask for one so that you can call and talk to them. If it's a scam, it will usually start to unravel fairly quickly. Just the same, be careful. Consider doing the deal through a neutral 3rd-party escrow like eBay offers. And if you suspect any scams on this site, please inform us ASAP so that we can remove the bad ones. Thank you again...and be careful.

We reserve the right to refuse to run any ad, or to pull any ad for any reason, but certainly if there are any doubts about its credibility.

We want to encourage you to contact us to report any suspicious or fraudulent activities. As a new service to our users, and especially our advertisers, we will run a list of those names and emails that you send us. We're not making any judgements or passing judgement on anyone. We're just sharing information, one bike fanatic to another. If it helps to keep you from getting ripped off, that's a good thing, right? Motorcycles For Sale

This was formerly's project bike, which we named "The Royal Clone". It was meant to be a tribute to the gorgeous UK-spec 1981 Bonneville Royal Wedding Edition. Everything is brand new, and no expense was spared. Included are:
* Mag wheels, new wheel bearings, new tires & tubes
* Rebuilt front forks, new Hagon shocks, new brakes F&R
* New chain, new wiring harness, new battery
* Silver powder-coated frame, blacked-out engine
* Custom-painted tank & side covers
* Engine rebuilt top & bottom by Raber's
* Cases split, new bearings, bushings & seals throughout
* Gearbox rebuilt, new clutch
* Crankshaft dynamically balanced
* New Mega Cycle cams & R-grind followers
* New pistons, rings, valves, seats, guides & springs
* Rebuilt Amal MkII carbs, electronic ignition. We spent nearly $5,000 on the engine alone, with all assembly done by Raber's in San Jose CA. It is fully assembled and ready to get running. Just needs to be tuned and checked to run. Receipts for everything. The engine alone is worth the asking price, then add a set of mag wheels & brakes, a powder-coated frame, custom tank and all the rest, this is a screaming deal on a gorgeous bike. Clean, clear title in my name. The original factory muffler goes with the bike also. I worked on this bike in stages for several years, then recently got diverted by other projects, and now I'm out of space for it. Call for more details and more photos.

1978 DUCATI 900 SUPERBIKE - $18,750

This is my much loved 1978 Ducati 900 SS Imola Racer, I have owned this bike for a long time. At the high point in mid 80s engine had a big bore kit 92 mm and lots of NCR internals. Stored away for 20 + years and just restored. Engine restored to original spec's. The bike is NOT road legal without harness - switches - lights . Mileage excess of 30.000. All new Paint multi stage coating with 3 clear coats. Frame, wheels, body panel and tank in like new condition. Too many NOS parts to list in at the restoration of the bike. It’s a well looked after bike. Engine starts up. This is a great example of a classic and always gets plenty of attention at track days.

1973 KAWASAKI Z1 900 - $10,000

This bike comes from the first year of Z1 production and is said to be one of the first 1,200 examples that used unique components compared to later 1973 models. The fuel tank, side covers, and tailpiece were refinished in candy brown and orange sourced from Paintworkz in Lake Havasu, Arizona and applied by Ryan Smith in California. Brightwork including the fenders, headlight ears, turn signal housings, and passenger grab bar. 1969 BSA A65L 650 LIGHTNING - $3,500

The BSA has been in the family since 1975, and the original owner was also part of the family. She was well maintained by my father over the last 45 years, using original parts whenever possible, and annual maintenance. Since she's been in my care, I brought her to Classic Bike Experience in VT in the hopes of carrying on the legacy, but I was unable to put her on the road much due to my short stature and light-weight; too much bike for me. I put new tires, rear shocks (to lower it), brakes and brake lines, new battery, cleaned the fuel tank, some minor electrical work, and a few other maintenance updates and upgrades. I also have an extra set of brake and handle bars. She is physically in amazing condition, but appears to need her head gasket replaced. She starts and rides beautifully for an antique cafe rider. I would rather keep her in the family, but she deserves to be ridden by someone who will and can love her.

1981 TRIUMPH T140 RACE BIKE - $5,900

1981 Triumph T140 twin plug head race bike. A lot of history for not much money! Used in the Battle of the Twins races in the early 80's it was then parked in as used condition. The second owner bought it from auction, and was terrorizing his neighborhood when I found it last year.
With some help from people watching this sale we were able to discover Marcus Day is who raced the bike in the 1986 Battle of the Twins lightweight modified class.
Overall the bike runs good, is extremely fast and is very loud. Could be converted back to street use or be a great starting point for a custom build. Either way this would make an awesome addition to any collection or better yet to return to vintage racing.
I'm pleased to answer any questions. Thanks for viewing my listing.

1972 KAWASAKI H2 MACH IV 750 - $8,500

This Kawasaki 750cc two-stroke triple was the hottest motorcycle on the street in 1970, a wicked-fast machine that handled well enough to win production races. Kawasaki’s H1 500cc triple of 1969 was a big success, although it was rightly criticized for having brakes and suspension barely adequate to handle the machine’s terrific power. When Kawasaki decided to build its biggest bike ever, a 750cc capacity, it totally redesigned its two-stroke triple with a new chassis and a new engine. The engine displaced 748cc and produced 74 HP, which was by far the most powerful production motorcycle from Japan and was only bested by the Münch Mammut, which used an NSU car motor and weighed 100 pounds more. Thus, the H2, when it was released in 1971, had the quickest quarter-mile times of any production bike—12 seconds flat. The new frame was more robust and kept the wheels in line far better than the H1, while the single disc brake up front (with an optional second disc) was a better bet than the twin-leading-shoe drum of the H1. The 750 H2 weighed 452 pounds and had a broader spread of power than its smaller brother, which made it far more civilized to ride. It was still a totally uncompromised and wild machine, though, and instantly displaced the H1 as the wheelie king and the ultimate street racer. However, the end of the two-stroke street bike was near at hand in the U.S., and we only got three more years of the H2 before its smoky tendencies made it an outlaw and Kawasaki stopped production in 1975, as the 900cc Z-1 was loose on the streets and a worthy inheritor of the H2’s mantle as the mean-streets monarch. This awesome 1971 Kawasaki H2 Mach IV 750cc two-stroke triple holds a special place in the hearts of closet hooligans everywhere. It’s a bike that lived up to its reputation, and well-restored examples like this are rare.

This bike is beautiful! Looks better in real life. Starts 1st kick. It does need new for seals (the kit is only around $40). I do have new gators (rubber fork covers) for it. It comes with a head light; just hook them back up. I had it off for looks. I have the Pink Slip / Title and Registration in-hand.
I literally just bought it around 1.5 months ago. I need to sell it due to an arising financial issue (probably shouldn't have purchased it in the first place). Please no crazy low ball offers. I need to get what I'm into it for; looking to sell it ASAP. Cash only. Please do not waste my time.

This beautiful piece of engineering is in virtually mint condition. The bike was first registered 18.06.1952 and has only had 4 owners prior to me. I bought the bike 10 years ago and have only done 10 miles on it as I find it too small for me so I have reluctantly decided to sell it.The bike was restored by the third owner in 2001. This included an engine rebuild / overhaul, new Amal concentric carbs, new wheel rims with stainless spokes and new tyres. and other refurbishment work . The bike has only done 82 miles since. Excellent paintwork all round, beautiful chrome and lovely polished alloy. The bike starts easily and runs and rides as it should. The bike has the added bonus of a hand operated centre stand for ease of lifting.Everything on the bike works as it should and you would have trouble finding a nicer example.I have a case full of receipts and paperwork with the bike including the original Vincent riders handbook and maintenance and repair manuals. Happy to arrange shipping worldwide at cost. Asking price £49500.00 more photos available on request.

1966 BMW R60/S - $7,500

Up for sale is my pride and joy, my matching numbers 1966 BMW R60/2 in excellent condition. The VIN # is 629176. It took me two years to restore this motorcycle to my own personal satisfaction. The motorcycle has 46,765 miles on it since new, and 371miles since the complete and thorough restoration. It starts on the first or second kick, and after a brief warm up, runs like a dream.
